What is an International Branch Campus?
An international branch campus (IBC) is a form of international higher education whereby a foreign university expands its global outreach by establishing a physical presence (branch) in a different country. The branch campus operates under the name of the foreign university, and offers the same programs and degrees of the foreign university.
