      Is UPEI Cairo Campus approved by the Ministry of Higher Education?

      Yes. UPEI Cairo Campus was established through Presidential Decree No. 9 of 2019. It is recognized and approved by the Supreme Council of Universities, as listed on their official website: https://scu.eg/branches-of-international-universities
